After nearly two decades of practicing his art, Charlie Trotter has established himself as one of the true visionaries of modern, innovative and cosmopolitan cuisine.
At this cooking demonstration, Charlie Trotter, author of 14 cookbooks, shares practical tips and the recipe for conjuring up the perfect starter of Monkfish with Warm Endive, Apple and Onion Salad with Watercress Puree.
Following the demonstration is a book-signing session of Chef Trotter’s latest cookbook that will be available for sale at the event.
Then end the evening with canapés and champagne against the spectacular backdrop of a Keppel Bay sunset.
