Located above Sapphire in The Jewel Box’s newest green architectural extension, Empress Jade is a Singapore-inspired restaurant presenting the best of Heritage Singapore Chinese Cuisine.

 

Empress Jade is open all-day from Wednesday to Saturday and on the Eve of Public Holidays (11:30am to 1:30am, last order for dinner at 10:30pm and last order for late-night snacks at 1:00am), while from Sundays to Tuesdays, it is open from 11:30am to 11:00pm (last order at 10:30pm).

 

Empress Jade’s signature dishes harmonize tantalizing selections of exquisite Chinese classics carefully crafted by Mount Faber Leisure Group’s acclaimed consulting Chef Jereme Leung.

 

The restaurant’s signature dishes include Fried Caramelized King Prawns ‘Har Lok’; Singapore-Style Chili Crab; Pork Liver with Spring Onions and Ginger in Claypot; and Slow-Cooked Whole Fresh Australian Abalone, Traditional-Style.

A Tasting Treat at the Top of Mount Faber
